How Our Chargeable Time Works
Our chargeable time starts when your plumber sets off to your job, not when they arrive. That travel time is included in the one-hour minimum.
So even if we're only at your place for 30 minutes, the invoice is the minimum one-hour charge, and that covers the travel as well. After the first hour, extra time is charged in 15-minute blocks.
Sometimes a job needs specialist equipment from our workshop. When that happens, the trip back to the workshop can count as chargeable time too.
What You Get for the Price
Our rate pays for a qualified plumber who turns up when we say, finds what's actually causing the problem and fixes it properly.
- We keep you posted, so you never have to chase us
- We find the cause, not just the symptom
- Shoes off, and we clean up before we leave
- Done right, and that's it. No comeback.
